This immersive street food adventure offers a true local perspective on Bangkok’s food scene, with tastings that showcase the city’s diverse culinary landscape. Along the way, we’ll also learn how flavours and dishes vary across different regions of Thailand, giving us a deeperappreciation of Thai cuisine.

IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF ELEPHANTS
Chiang Mai • Full Day
After a welcome and safety briefing, set off on a guided walk through the forest with the resident elephants. After about an hour, take a break at a rest stop, enjoy some refreshments and watch as the elephants cool off with a splash in the mud below. Learn about the elephants’ diet and help prepare a tasty meal of sugarcane, bananas and fresh grass for them. As you watch the elephants enjoy their lunch, there’s time to sit down and tuck into your own delicious vegetarian meal. Next, visit a local village to discover the traditional lifestyle of the Karen people and even try your hand at their unique method of weaving. Continue to the herb garden to learn about native medicinal plants and gather ingredients to prepare natural healthy supplements for the elephants. End the day chatting
with the mahouts, gaining insight into their deep bond with the elephants and their cultural significance in Thai life.

Phang Nga Longtail Cruise

Explore stunning Phang Nga Bay by traditional longtail boat, gliding through emerald waters past dramatic limestone karsts and lush mangroves. Visit the iconic James Bond Island, made famous in the 1974 film The Man with the Golden Gun, before heading to the floating Sea Gypsy village of Koh Panyee for a delicious local lunch. These iconic banana- shaped longtail boats — first crafted in Thailand in the early 20th century — were originally designed for speed and practicality in fishing and transport.
