As a Travel Advisor - I spend hours interviewing, exploring and asking questions to find great partners. After  all, I'm trusting them to be the "boots on the ground" for my clients. So when Thailand hit my radar, I did  some serious searching. ICS Travel did a fantastic job for my clients in Thailand. Safe, cared-for, spectacular, grateful – this experience has been nothing short of amazing. Over 9 weeks, we visited 18 cities, stayed in excellent hotels with delightful upgrades, encountered 10 guides and 12 drivers. We enjoyed lively conversations, cultural exchanges, ancient temples, modern cities, small villages, nature, wildlife, theatre, shopping, scenery, and GREAT food. Our feet walked around 335 kilometres! We were immersed in the cultures of 4 countries and the beautiful people who make them up – similar, nuanced, and unique. THANK YOU to you and all your team, and to ICS and all their team – next adventure!

Bali was such an amazing adventure for us and the two areas we stayed in were perfect. The Komaneka hotel is beautiful and the service was honestly outstanding. Our first morning for breakfast, they brought me a cake with a candle and sang happy birthday, it was sweet, I was not expecting it but I guess they got the memo;) We had a great time in Ubud - we did an ATV tour which was a lot of fun, Mason Elephant Park, Leke Leke waterfall, Tegalalang rice fields, Cretya – great time! Thank you for making my birthday memorable!

We were greeted by our Guide JJ at arrival at Bangkok Airport. From this minute on, everything worked  smoothly, I -as the Tour Leader - did not need to take care for a single thing, He is the most caring Guide ever!  Not only was he our Guide, he was our Photographer, our Entertainer, our Teacher and our friend. We had such a great time and we couldn't have asked for more!  I hope to get him for my next Trips again and everyone who gets him as Guide is very lucky. Kop Khun mak ma kah, dear JJ 

Congratulations for making this Journey one of their best and we are happy to report that they are planning to  return to Thailand for more. They were amazed for the personalized attention they received at each stop.  Due to our client’s allergic reaction to shrimp, the was amazed how diligently she was made aware of the  dishes containing the shrimp paste that are not easily recognizable. They appreciated their guides’ expertise  and flexibility in adjusting their activities where needed. Such a breath of fresh air after the unprofessional  treatment of the Kanazawa guide! They totally enjoyed their experiences of the magical sights and loved the  kindness and warm reception. They humorously mentioned the airport hotel but appreciated the  convenience!

I wanted to mention that 'A' was the guide and my driver in Bangkok, and they were absolutely wonderful! My  trip was complete just by being with them. 'A' is the ultimate guide!!! She made everything about my visit to  Bangkok even better!!! 10 stars for 'A'". Such glowing praise is a testament to your professionalism, expertise,  and genuine care for ensuring every traveler has an unforgettable experience. Your ability to create  meaningful connections, provide insightful guidance, and go above and beyond expectations does not go  unnoticed. Our trip went very well, we are very satisfied. The program had a healthy diverse mix of culture (visiting  temples and museums) and exercise (cycling, and hiking).It was very interesting to learn how the locals live at  different times. In particular, we found several cooking classes at people's homes very enjoyable. We absolutely loved the mix between luxurious/modern and historical/charming hotels. The local organization  and guides were well organized and had sufficient knowledge of English. A big plus was the immigration  assistance service at the airports who provided priority treatment. The highlights for us were the trip in Ninh  Binh to plant rice among the buffalo, the local walk in the Mai Chau fields and the boat trip in the Mekong  delta.So all in all a fantastic trip, very nice experiences, with friendly people and delicious food.

We don’t know what to say as this is SO over the top.
