A proud Balinese local and father of three, Andhika’s passion for exploring has led him into a successful career in tourism. Andhika thrives on meeting new people and connecting with travellers from all walks of life. Outside of work, Andhika enjoys music, playing instruments, singing, running, swimming, cycling, yoga and meditation.

Born in Bali, Gede studied English at Udayana University before starting his travel career in Bali and Jakarta. Now Operations Manager at ICS Travel Group, he’s held various leadership roles in MICE and operations. Known for his good sense of humour and community spirit, Gede believes in detailed planning, teamwork and sustainable travel.

Travel Design Manager
Originally from Lampung, Luluk has over 12 years of travel industry experience. Starting as a tour guide in Java, she’s now a Travel Designer based in Bali. Her in depth knowledge of islands like Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi helps her design authentic, immersive itineraries. In her free time, she enjoys travel and mindfulness.
LUKMAN TASSAKKA
Executive Manager
Born in South Sulawesi, Lukman has explored 30 countries and spent over 14 years in the travel industry, with prior experience in banking and airlines. Now at ICS Indonesia, his career spans roles from product manager to executive manager. A travel enthusiast, he’s also a foodie, badminton lover and proud dog dad.
