Senior Product Executive

Job Description 

ICS Indonesia is currently seeking experienced multi-skilled specialists to join our rapidly growing and expanding company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • New product identification and if any new products / objects are launched
  • Making quotation, providing pricing and proposal for the customer
  • Maintain relationship with customers
  • Analysing, monitoring trend market & creating new product
  • Follow up any price increases
  • Handle & answer enquiries, spot check and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain a smooth workflow with related department
  • Handle all administrative product issues
  • Carry out duties as assigned by department head
  • Assist in market research and defining new target markets and determining market requirements for existing and future products
  • Product quotation (availability of contract and item needed, calculation, guidance to data entry)
  • Other job Product related assigned by Manager

 

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, although the following are preferred : Travel & Tourism / English / Hotel Management
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred
  • Good knowledge of product, managing and maintaining a database.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Proven track record in problem solving.
  • Maintain and build good working relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office
  • Meet deadlines & ensure quick turnaround & data processing
