ICS Travel Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Articha Dhitthahiran to Travel Design Manager – STYLE by ICS.
Articha, known by her nickname Pond, has recently celebrated twelve years of service with ICS Travel Group. Formerly a Senior Travel Designer for UK & Australia in our head office in Bangkok, Thailand, she is a valuable member of our team who has proven to be motivated and highly organised.
In her new role, Pond will be responsible for developing products and sales support materials for STYLE by ICS and assisting the travel agents on the right choice of programme for their high-end clients.
Nicky Thongpunparn, who previously held this position and is now a Director of Sales of ICS Travel Group, said: “Having worked in close collaboration with Pond for over nine years now, I am confident that she is the best person to take over the position of Travel Design Manager for STYLE by ICS. I am sure that with her dedication and passion, she will be able to keep providing an excellent service along with growing the portfolio of one-of-a-kind experiences that we offer to our clients.”
Commenting on the promotion, Pond says: “I believe anything is possible as long as you keep going and don’t give up. With years of experience working as a Travel Designer, developing new travel products is truly my passion and I am looking forward to expanding the unique bespoke experiences that are a part of STYLE by ICS. My priority, of course, remains with providing the excellent satisfaction service that STYLE by ICS is known for”.
