Group Financial Analyst Manager

Scope of work:

  • Effectively manage the accounting and finance function through routine operations, e.g. accounting transactions recording, reconciliations, financial reports preparation and settlement for all business units.
  • Oversee structure improvement for all business units in order to achieve better control of operations, especially regarding cost control.
  • Assist to manage the company’s cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available to meet the company’s financial commitments.
  • Provide financial and accounting information to internal and external parties.
  • Coordinate in budget planning and consolidate for overall reporting.
  • Update Forecast Report with analytical review for any significant movement.
  • Coach and resolve any accounting issues from all ICS – Group
  • Assist on improve cost control project for any parts relating to accounting point of view.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting
  • CPA or audit experience would be advantage
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office, especially in Excel

 

Senior Product Executive

Expected Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the tourism / hospitality industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Vietnam destination is a must
  • Previous experience in travel product and sales is a plus
  • Highly independent with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Creative, spontaneously willing to look for new ideas.
  • Willingness to acquire new job-related skills, adaptable to the company
  • Able to work in team, good social skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Negotiate and secure best in industry rates with preferred suppliers and high volume suppliers for local activities

  • Package/activities in Central highland & Central
  • Entrance fee & guide fee, golf packages, ect. in Central & South Vietnam (incl. Central highland & Mekong Delta)
  • Assist in product development projects.
  • Assist in the process of annual product review project, check itineraries and rates for portfolio, brochures, tariff and series
  • Present and educate the inbound team and sale team in Saigon for the new products/ update all new information in destinations

Product Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Management, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in the tourism / hospitality industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Vietnam destinations and luxury travel is a must
  • Previous experience in travel product and sales is a must (3+ years experience in same position in another large, inbound company)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Awareness of the progress and current issues in the commercial travel industry

Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Produce an annual plan for product development in consultation with head office in Bangkok
  • Create, develop, update and constantly improve ICS’s experiences, touring itineraries in country
  • Design and provide quote items for brochures and new leads
  • Develop and improve travel products in destination through regular site inspections
  • Create, review and update annual product range for ICS Tariff
  • Train the Operations offices, Sales teams and Inbound Offices on destination, suppliers and new product

Contracting & Supplier Relationships

  • Negotiate and secure best in industry rates with preferred suppliers (non-hotel) and high-volume suppliers
  • Ensure supplier contracts are uploaded correctly to the supplier database
  • Coordinate to cost and quote selected programs for existing and potential clients at competitive prices
  • Meet with operations department and suppliers to ensure proper delivery of product

Human Resources

  • Supervise all matters of the Human Resources for the department
  • Ensure in country staff are familiar with ICS tools and guarantee inspection blogs done by office staff are completed and are up to company’s expectations
  • Back office & database management – work closely with Database Supervisor in-country that ensure quote item accuracy and quick turn-around times for requested ad-hoc quote items
  • Ensure all tariff programs and agent brochures are correctly loaded into database
  • Ensure consistency on creation of new quote items – names, description, abbreviation, etc
  • Run regular reports to understand what products and services are being booked by clients
  • Hold regular meetings with operations managers to ensure system is working smoothly and meets internal requirements

Marketing

  • Provide head office with new products, relevant travel and tourism news and marketing ideas to feed our marketing channels (ICS news, social media, inspirations, etc.)
  • Prepare webinars as per given out schedule
  • Communicate to clients on how their tours can better benefit the destinations

Communication

  • Provide product advice and expertise to new and existing agents
  • Work closely with new agents and key agents to advise and assist on product selections and pricing for websites, brochures and tariffs
  • Work closely with Director of Product to help provide information and presentations that will win new business accounts
  • Arranging FAM trips for overseas agents and accompanying agents when necessary
  • Provide head office with regular updates on news in the destination. Represent the company as the expert for destination and main point of contact for ideas and inspirations and unique products

Luxury Travel Specialist

Job Summary: The Luxury Travel Specialist will play a key role at ICS Travel Group providing our B2B partners with the most extraordinary and exciting travel itineraries in the luxury segment.
The role focuses on offering the most exciting and innovative experiences and communicating with tour operators/travel agents and supporting the Sales teams to develop the hi-end market.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication Skills in English both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of the Indochina region (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos)
  • Work experiences and proven track record in the luxury travel sector

Responsibilities:

Sales:

    • Create, develop, update and constantly improve Style by ICS experiences.
    • Design itineraries and manage quotations
    • Coordinate to cost and quote itineraries to ensure profit margins are maintained
    • Handle VIP/Virtuoso inquiries/bookings for all countries except Indonesia
    • Develop relationships to ensure customers retention
    • Provide proposals in attractive format including images, description and unique selling points

Operation:

    • Brief all related operations offices about the booking and action plan
    • Prior to arrival, check with all suppliers and operations to ensure smooth handling on the ground
    • Handling of VIP bookings from start to finish
    • 24/7 hotline assistance in case of an emergency (one stop service)
    • Contact clients while in the destination and assist as a personal concierge
    • Liaise with all concerns to solve issues on the spot and communicate with the clients/agents
    • Communicate with operations teams in country to ensure all Style by ICS bookings are operated smoothly and clients expected are met.

Communication:

  • Work closely with line manager to develop Style by ICS products and sales support materials
  • Contact new and key agents to advise and assist on the right choice of product and program for their hi-end clients
  • Submit a weekly report to line manager to analyze what products and services are being booked by clients for the Style by ICS product development.
