Start the day by saluting the sun in a yoga class. Whether a beginner or an experienced yogi, this flexible class is the perfect way to refresh both your mind and body.
Feeling calm and balanced, we will escape the bustling town on two wheels and cycle out into the tranquil countryside. Small paths will take us through green fields to sleepy villages where time seems to stand still. In an authentic Vietnamese village we will witness the daily activities of the villagers and farmers. We can immerse ourselves in the way of life and take in the rustic and peaceful scenery. Lunch is a delicious, healthy Vietnamese meal prepared with locally grown vegetables.
