Either late morning or early evening you will be taken to a house in Hanoi where a local family will throw open the doors of their home to you. After the introductions have been made sit down to a delicious home cooked meal of traditional Vietnamese dishes prepared by your host using fresh handpicked ingredients. While you eat, chat with your hosts and learn all about their cuisine, traditions and customs. Listening to their personal stories will give you an intimate insight into their life.
After dinner move upstairs to the cosy living room to relax and talk some more. You even have the chance to enjoy some traditional music played for you by your host on handmade instruments.
