Visit the workshop of a family-run silversmith producing intricate traditional and modern pieces. See how these pieces are formed and how this traditional craft is being preserved in the family. For lunch, go behind the scenes in the kitchen of a popular local restaurant that provides training and support for street youth, and then relax and enjoy the delicious Lao lunch you have seen being prepared.

After lunch, head to the COPE Visitors Centre and learn about the ongoing challenges with unexploded ordinance (UXO) that Lao people face on a daily basis.
