Trekking to the Hidden Waterfall of Munduk

Drive to Munduk village located in a remote area of Bali. On the way pass through Bedugul, a lush green area of fruit and vegetable fields.

As you approach Munduk, stop to photograph Buyan and Tamblingan, two serene lakes situated in old volcanic craters surrounded by untouched nature.

After passing through coffee and clove plantations, leave the vehicle and set off on foot. Trek through bamboo, banana and mangosteen plantations until you arrive at a beautiful waterfall. The water falls about 15 metres into a natural crystal clear pool. Cool off with a dip in the pool, or sit on the edge and soak your feet.

Relax for a while over a simple picnic near the waterfall while enjoying the view.

Fully refreshed set off back to the vehicle. Stop to sample a cup of fresh Munduk coffee on the way back. Due to the perfect soil and weather conditions, Munduk produces delicious coffee for both local consumption as well as export.

Return to the hotel.
