Learn the art of traditional Khmer cuisine from a talented local chef at Mahob Khmer cuisine restaurant/Organic farm.
Our organic farm located just 3km northeastern side of the restaurant that technically supported by Agrisud International Organization which is specialist on the agriculture development. The farm specializes in heirloom varietals of seasonal fruits and vegetable such as tomatoes, cucumber, squash, spring bean, eggplant, local lettuce etc. Fresh and flavorful ingredients lovingly cultivated without the use of hormones, synthetic fertilizers, or pesticides to ensure daily supply to our kitchen.
