As a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager, you will implement marketing strategies set by the Director of Marketing to generate interest in company products and services. You will be responsible for creating engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on competitors, marketing trends, technology and social media.

Qualifications

  • Perfect written English is essential, plus excellent command of spoken English.
  • 5+ years in B2C and/or B2B online marketing and web experience
  • 3+ years in marketing within the travel industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in English-language copywriting and creating written content
  • Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of creating, managing, and executing online marketing campaigns
  • Solid understanding of site navigation, content management tools, and e-marketing tools (GetResponse, Pardot)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience with video editing and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premier & After Effects) is a plus

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Primary

  • Support marketing operations by preparing materials, presentations, infographics, brochures, and email marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain external online platforms including icstravelgroup.com
  • Develop and maintain internal online media and resources, including content management systems and digital asset management systems
  • Manage content creating and posting across company social media channels and network partner sites
  • Assist with planning, execution and delivery of e-marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns and client communications
  • Manage creative workflow process and multiple project deliverables against deadlines, keeping the department and other project stakeholders organised and on schedule
  • Plan and implement roll out strategy for newly branded materials
  • Manage relationships with external vendors used for marketing collateral and brand asset production
  • Proofreading and editing written content such as presentations and promotional materials
  • Lead the marketing department in the absence of the Director of Marketing
  • Meet KPIs set by the Marketing department

Secondary

  • Assist with copywriting original content including product descriptions, blog posts, and press releases, and crisis communications
  • Implement best practices for web content to improve SEO and enhance existing content with improved key wording, and tagging of existing assets of company website and other online channels
  • Creation of digital assets including videos and video editing
  • Management of email marketing systems

Ad Hoc

  • Research new and emerging technologies and make recommendations for improving the company’s web presence, and potential new technology resources for clients
  • Other tasks as assigned
